We want you to love your gear, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Ensure your item is in its original condition and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that certain items like plushies or blind boxes must have their tags and packaging intact.
Contact Support
Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your local carrier facility.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
